This condition is called “peripheral arterial disease,” or PAD, and if left untreated, it can lead to bigger problems like heart failure and stroke.
Heart and vascular diseases
Start climbing the stairs and sing a song or speak loudly at the same time. If after 15 steps you feel tired and your heart beats really fast, it means that you have a tendency to cardiovascular diseases and you should see a doctor to discuss further preventive treatment.
