This German gourmet dish pairs perfectly with any meat, be it chicken, pork, veal or whatever you prefer. Cheer up, follow this recipe step by step and discover its traditional taste!


  • 1 kg white potatoes
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 butter
  • 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon green onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


  1. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, cut into slices 1 cm thick and put in a bowl.
  2. On the other hand, mix the broth with mustard, sugar and vinegar, fry the onion and add everything to the warm potatoes.
  3. Finally, sprinkle with parsley, green onions, salt and pepper to taste.
