- 1/2 cup fresh milk or condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices about half a centimeter. Take a baking sheet and arrange the sliced potatoes in rows. Add half pepper, half salt and a little olive or vegetable oil on top. Send the potatoes to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Then take them out of the oven and let them cool. Mix eggs, heavy cream and fresh or condensed milk with the rest of the pepper and salt. Take a fireproof baking sheet with a diameter of about 30 cm, which can be placed in the oven, and grease it with a little oil. In this tray, put a layer of potatoes, both in the form, both on the bottom and on the sides. Now you will start assembling the cake.
