Ingredients:

- 400 grams flour 000
- 220cc warm water
- 2 tbsp mixed oil
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce

- 200 grams minced meat
- ½ glass of white wine
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 150 grams mozzarella

Procedure:
Place the flour in a crown-shaped bowl, salt around the rim, add warm water, yeast, blended butter to the center and mix until a bun is formed. Cover with kitchen towel and let rest 60 minutes.
