Chicken meatballs and pasta with feta cheese cream

This recipe is for 4 persons.

Cooking time: 50 minutes



– 1 large chicken breast

– ½ chopped onion

– 1 clove minced garlic

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1 teaspoon salt

– 1 teaspoon oregano

– 2 tablespoons butter and 2 olive oil


– 200 grams of pasta, orzo or any small pasta you can find (we use conchiliette)

– 200 ml cream

– 200 grams of feta cheese

– ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes

– ½ cup black olives

– Juice of 1 lemon

– Salt to taste

– 3 cups of hot water


1. Prepare meatballs by chopping chicken. Mix it with all the seasonings and green onions, mix and make balls. Store in refrigerator until use.

2. Heat the pan, add the butter and olive oil. When melted, fry the meatballs, browning well. Take it out of the pot.

3. In the same saucepan, add pasta, water and cook over medium heat. Grind feta cheese and mix with cream.

4. Cut the tomatoes into cubes and the olives into slices. Once the pasta is al dente, add the olives and tomatoes and stir to combine. Add the lemon juice and finally the cream cheese, put the meatballs back into the pasta pot, stir and season with a little salt, cook for another 5 minutes and serve.
