- 100 ml rejuvelac
- 380 g peeled apple
- 95 avocados
- 400 ml water
How to make rejuvelac?
In 1 liter of water we put a good handful of germinated wheat seeds. Cover the container with a linen cloth and leave for 24 hours at room temperature. The next day, we will have water that is rich in enzymes and slightly foamy, which we can use in various formulations that have important probiotic properties. ‘
Development:
1) Rinse the seaweed and dry well.
2) Wash the spinach.
3) Remove the skin and pit of the avocado.
4) Put all the ingredients in a blender glass and mix them very well until you get a mixture of a thin and uniform consistency.
