- 1k flour 0000
- 600cc water
- 80cc olive oil
- 50 gr. yeast
- 25 grams of salt
For the cover of each
- 100cc tomato sauce
- 500 g mozzarella
- 10g oregano
- olive oil to taste
Training
Step 1
Form a crown of all the flour on the countertop. Place the salt outside.
Step 2
Add the yeast and part of the water to the center, start mixing, trying not to mix the salt with the yeast. Add the rest of the water and finally add the oil. Knead until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Cover and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut into desired size pieces and shape into a bun. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
Step 4
Place on pre-oiled plates and stretch by hand, giving them a format in accordance with the product being made.

Cook at 200° until the disc is golden at the base. Remove from oven and spread your desired topping. Finish cooking.
