If you want to change a classic recipe that uses potatoes, you can record the recipe with sweet potato sweet delight! Can also be served with a little cinnamon and sugar, sweet and sour lovers will want a double serving! This is a sweeter and richer version due to the tuber we chose. On the other hand, it is flour-free, we do without cake dough, it will have mashed potatoes and a layer of meat with vegetables.
If you want to eat something tasty for lunch or dinner, if you make extra servings, you can store them in the freezer in an airtight container along with your date. This recipe is from sweet potato pie it’s very affordable and packed with lots of flavor, another trick we can choose to add is bacon, ham, hard boiled egg or other vegetables, now let’s cook!

Ingredients:
- 1 kg ground beef
- 1 ½ kg sweet potatoes
- 2 large onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 glass of wine
- 3 egg yolks
- 150 g cheese strips or grated
- Seasonings: salt, pepper, nutmeg

Procedure:
Put finely chopped onion and pepper with a little oil in a saucepan. Cook until the onion turns white, add the meat and cook.
When meat is half done, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add wine and cook for about 15 more minutes until it has evaporated.
Peel and boil the sweet potatoes in a saucepan until very soft. Drain well and form into a puree, season with salt and nutmeg.
Add egg yolks along with grated cheese, mix well.
In a bowl, spoon half of the cooked puree over the base and spread evenly, then continue with a thick layer of meat and finish with another layer of puree.
Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, top with cinnamon, hard-boiled egg or grated cheese.
