This recipe is very versatile. You can make it to consume now or freeze. You can make it in size XL, individually or as a birthday pizza… Cheer up, it will surprise you.

You need:

-1 cauliflower

– 150 grams of mozzarella

– Tomato sauce or fresh tomato

– 1 egg

– Salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano

Training:

The first thing you need to do is peel the cabbage. Then finely rub (can be recycled). We take it to the fire in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes at maximum heat, making sure that it does not burn. Remove from heat, let cool, season with salt and pepper. Add the egg, half of the grated mozzarella and mix.

We spread the mixture in a baking dish covered with aluminum foil of the desired shape and size (we help ourselves with a spatula or spoon). And cook at 180ยบ for 15 minutes. Drizzle with tomato sauce or fresh tomatoes, oregano and remaining mozzarella. Cook for 5 more minutes.
