  • 1 broccoli

  • 40 g butter

  • 1 bulb

  • Salt and pepper for taste

  • 1 liter chicken or vegetable broth

  • 250 g cream cheese

Step by step

  1. Separate the broccoli florets and cut them into large pieces. Blanch them in salted water for five minutes. Save drain.

  2. Add butter and onion cut into small pieces. Add broth and cook for a few more minutes.

  3. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Reheat and serve.

  • 500 grams of pumpkin

  • 1 tablet concentrated chicken broth

Step by step

  1. Remove the skin from the pumpkin. Then split it in half and cut into pieces.

  2. Peel and cut the onion into medium pieces and place in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Brown about five minutes. This cooking will give the soup a more delicious taste, but if you want a less calorie dish, skip some of the sauce and boil all the vegetables at once.
