Recipe: homemade pizza

In another container, put 320 grams of flour, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the ingredients well so that they mix well. Next, we will add a pre-reserved mixture of yeast and water to this dough. Mix everything well with a wooden spoon.

If we see that the dough has become very liquid, add a little more flour, and if, on the contrary, it has become too hard, add a little water.

To give the dough firmness and shape, we form the dough with our hands (previously washed) to achieve the perfect touch, shape and mixing.

When we have the dough, we transfer it to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a kitchen towel. Let this dough rest for 40 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, sprinkle a little flour on a smooth surface to put the dough on it and so that it does not stick. We will take a rolling pin and form the dough into a circle or a square (depending on the taste of each).

At the end, add tomato and hot sauce, to taste, on the dough and put on top all the ingredients that will make up our pizza: ham, cheese, sausages and olives (in that order). We bend the edges of the dough and paint them with a kitchen brush, pre-beaten egg yolk.

Put the pizza in the oven at 250ÂșC for 10 minutes. But if you want to spice up your pizza, crack an egg in the middle of your pizza two minutes before the end and let it cook.

After ten minutes, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and enjoy!
