Cool autumn days are becoming more and more and this is a good opportunity to cook hot and hearty meals. Our suggested option is garlic chicken, it has a delicious taste that you will definitely love! You can accompany it with potatoes to make a super dish.

The recipe calls for chicken broth. You can use the one from the supermarket, but we will also teach you how to cook it at home. I chose the option you prefer!


1 glass of white wine

300 ml chicken broth

Salt and pepper for taste

1 chicken cut into pieces with skin

1 lemon

Required amount of oil

1 head of garlic

1 sprig rosemary

40 grams smoked paprika

Parsley for decoration

For homemade chicken broth:

1 chicken carcass

3 garlic cloves

1 celery stalk

1 leek

1 bay leaf

1 carrot

1 bulb

1 clove


1- Clean the chicken and season. Grate each prey with garlic, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

2- Brown the chicken in the pan and add the garlic fillet. Add white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.

3- Add chicken broth. Cover with a lid and let it brew for 25 minutes over low heat. Add more broth if necessary.

Accompany the meal with the side dish you like best. A good option is a serving of Spanish potatoes sprinkled with salt, paprika and ground chili.

For homemade chicken broth:

1- Place the chicken carcass in a baking dish and send it to the oven until it is browned.

2- Add coarsely chopped vegetables, cloves, bay leaf and chicken carcass to the pan. Boil for an hour over medium heat.
