This recipe from Danilo Ferraz is for New York style pizza. Thin dough and special homemade sauce for this type of pastry.
Ingredients for 1 pizza with a diameter of 45 cm.
- 1 New York-style crust bun (click on the word New York pizza in the paragraph above)
- 250 g New York sauce (same)
- 480 g mozzarella
- 48 pepperoni slices
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, trying to make the shape as round as possible.
Pour over the tomato sauce, leaving the edges free. Put the mozzarella on top and bake until it has a nice color.
Halfway through cooking, remove from the oven and spread the mozzarella well over the entire surface of the pizza, and place the pepperoni slices on top, covering the entire surface well. Bake again and bring to readiness.
