Pizza recipe Four seasons

This pizza is so named because it has four different flavors. The idea is that each of them is represented by a characteristic ingredient of spring, summer, autumn and winter. In each latitude, the ingredients may vary, but there are always four options.


  • 2 artichoke hearts
  • 4 mushrooms
  • Green or black olives
  • 2 slices cooked or raw ham. You can also use bacon.
  • 1 preliminary pizza
  • 250 g mozzarella cheese


Step 1

Spread the cheese on the prepizza. Spread the cheese.

Step 2

Bake ten minutes. Remove before cheese is browned.

Step 3

Divide the pizza into four parts, contemplating two parts of each piece.

Step 4

Arrange the quartered artichoke hearts on one side.

step 5

Continue with the cold cuts, then the mushroom fillets and add the olives in the last quarter.

Step 6

Bake in a hot oven for 5 minutes. Remove and serve.
