- Breast tip 1.5 kg
- 2 corn
- 350 g noodle joints (1 pack and a half)
- 700 g yucca
- 500 g yellow potatoes or 3 yellow potatoes.
- 300 g lime pesto
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 kg white potatoes or 4-5 pcs.
- 1/2 celery
- 3 cups chopped pumpkin macre.
- 1 cup turnip
- 1/2 cup leeks
- 3 carrots
- 1 cup clean green beans
- 1 cup clean beans
- Fresh cheese that can be placed on top when serving menestron.

PREPARATION:

Put the tip of the brisket with part of the bone into the pan, cover with water and cook for a couple of hours until the meat becomes homogeneous. Remove the protein, save and add vegetables to the broth: white potatoes, pumpkin, turnips, leeks, celery and diced carrots. Add green beans, lima beans and yucca pieces. Cook until vegetables are tender, add noodles and cook for about 8 minutes. When pasta is ready, return meat to cooking and stir in lima pesto. Adjust salt, serve with fresh grated cheese and huancaina sauce.
