Ingredients for 8 servings:

2 and 1/2 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 cup whole milk

250 gr. oils

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups sugar

1 cup very strong coffee


Start with preheat oven at 350° and grease a round cake pan. Next, mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. On the other hand, heat the milk and butter in a saucepan and save this emulsion for later use.

Whisk the eggs in another bowl with an electric mixer for 7 minutes and gradually add sugar, vanilla essence, coffee, milk and butter mixture and flour and baking powder mixture until smooth.

Finally, pour the mixture into the mold and place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the mold comes out clean.
